Please find our parent student handbook and important forms under Current Families tab then click Handbook and Forms. Forms are due back to school signed/dated by Monday, 9/9. Please print and return to school. If you need these forms printed, please contact the school office. They will be sent home with your family the first week of school.

Please download your child's school supply list for September. All lists are in grade order. Pre-K For All families will receive their classroom wish lists the first week of school.

Please see your child's class page under "Documents" for a copy of their Summer Assignments.

Please download the attached application if you are interested in having your child take the school bus provided by the DOE. Bus service is only available for grades K - 8 after meeting the distance to the school requirement. Please fill out and send to Mrs. Wisniewski either via fax, mail, or email.
